He just wanted to be the king and now George is always drunk and killed that toy dragon, his wife is dead and now they gonna arrest or frame George

Interesting to see how they're all like years after that war, it's sad to see Anne look so down and you can feel the tension between her and Richard, and then there's Edward who looks exactly like his biological father.

Then there's George who is completely different from what he was like, his dependency on alcohol has really changed his personality but I believe his belief of his worth to be King and losing so much authority has warped what was once a heartwarming brotherly bond.

Then there's King Edward who is now relying on drugs and orgies, he has really sunk so low and now those pleasures are what's going to cost him his life, but I guess he'd rather pass away doing what pleases him most?

I'm guessing with Richard withholding the secret of his body to Buckingham will end up messing something up in the future, I don't think Buckingham would use it against him but I guess after Henry's reaction to his body he's even more closed up than before. Thank goodness Catesby was around to undress him when he was knocked out, I'm also glad Catesby is following Richard.

Buckingham looks good now though, I like his character design, he grew up well. I don't remember if we were shown what happened to Catesby's wrist though, I wonder what connection that has. Is it an injury caused by Richard on the night he killed Henry?

Catesby didn't change a bit T_T, but still looks the best of them all. Seeing Ann sad makes me sad too cause she's just like Richard in the sense of suffering non-stop ;-;

Catesby looks like a really loyal friend and is not horny when that witch suddenly wants to strip

He was already an adult at the start, no? So I'm not too surprised, unless you wanted to see him have facial hair lol.

In the manga, Buckingham catches a glimpse at the party, and occasionally questions himself about it but mainly brushes it aside... But yes, a lot does happen because of him witholding the secret! But I will not spoil.
I've read all of the manga releases and if I'm being honest this adaptation does disappoint. I'm enjoying watching it, but they've skipped a lot of important scenes, which I feel like messes with the foreshadowing each chapter used to bring.

Anne has a son and looks like Edward so the blood of Henry is still alive, that king has a daughter that looks like Elizabeth and has a twin brothers, George has a son that's still a baby there's so many things happened in this timeskip

Isn't it sad? Someone above sad poor George which I agree but I'm more 100% worried and thinking poor Richard.
He was forced to kill both his lover and lovers son....
Not only that but killed himself inside.
He only looks okay because we'll that killing himself is actually just holding it in locking it up, which might work for awhile but eventually everyone breaks.
& He did it for his eldest brother which seems to not have been the right choice for King at all...
Everyone did it for this Edward to be King.....kind of a letdown
I'm sure Richard must be aware that Annes child is Edward Lancaster's son as well cause I assume how Richard is never letting anyone touch or feel his body that he probably just married Anne in name to protect her and her child. That's probably the first thing he's done right.
I still wish Henry would have been able to tell his feelings to Richard.....where's that evil mother that ruined that😭I hope karma hits her. I hope Richard finds out and she has to face him.

This really felt like I was watching a 40 min episode lol, but holy sh* Richard just can't get a rest ;-; and the kid looks exactly like the real father T_T. As much as I hate the queen this witch has taken her spot as the most hated specially after killing Isabelle (not that I liked her).

Guess another 12 weeks to see how this ends fr, but I'm still trying to read the manga :D

The straight answer is no. Just about every character will not get a happy ending and a few of the characters will get several of the most brutal and most tragic endings.

Actually he can. But this is not his son, but Edward's. Anne was already pregnant before her previous husband died. (In the series that is. Historically her son was Richard's 100%)

Yea, this is also why she said he looks like his father more and more day by day and that every time Richard calls him his name he becomes more distant.

Looks like they did a time skip! I hardly recognize some of the characters like Buckingham, who is now taller than Richard and voiced by Sugita.

And Edward looks like a carbon copy of his father. That must've been hard for Anne to see him grow up.

King Edward has now basically given in to his carnal desires and started hosting orgies in his castle with the help of his new lover Jane who claims to be a Witch.

Okay. Last time I'm giving the anime adaptation a chance. I'll watch it one more time...

Edit: They're still rushing through the scenes and it makes it confusing to follow... Sigh. I will probably still give every episode a chance, but they skip and censor important scenes that explain more and give depth.

Richard is really willing to raise the child of Edward the son of Henry ... if he is the one to reign at the end then it will be a victory for the royal family and not for the York family ... I wonder who will be the king at the end and which family will win ... so witches are now in the picture ... gets complicated 😒
But what's really sad - is to see the relationship of the brothers that was once strong, and now it is completely crumbling ... 😞😢

Edward of York is sworn in as the King of England, and so does Richard and Anne getting married. George is awfully drunk, and Edward is out doing the prohibited stuff just like George in his past and now married to Isabelle, being smitten by Jane the Witch.

Both Richard and Anne have their kid: Edward of Middleham, and even now Richard feels like it's a debauchery for his body to have sexual relations with Anne. It's indeed no paradise when all of the nobles are wrangled by Jane's drug-inducing wrath sent to paradise, resulting in both Edward's close and Isabelle's demise.

The House of York is in shambles, and Richard needs all the help he can get to eliminate the threats surrounding his own family.

This is running too fast. They skipped parts to get to it so fast. But at least they didn't clearly show the make out with his brother again, so I am personally grateful they kept it abstract.

I am honestly CAPTIVATED by this show. Of course it's not fully historically accurate...WHAT IS?! Truly this was a HELL of a return... I'm literally hanging on every word! 🖤

I can only imagine how amazing the novels are..

I feel like the only one now that still goes by their father's memory and respect really is Richard.

I can see why Buckingham sees him as the true king, as he is the only one who still think of his family name and reputation, that was an heritage of their father.
He doesn't take it for given, unlike King Edward in my sense.

Unfortunately, our Richard has now turned into the Executionner.
Now, let's see how not telling everything to Buckingham will turn out.

I want to see more of the dynamic between her and Richard.
